1. Products can be exchanged/returned.

• Products are out of date.

• Product's color and taste change due to Ban Mai Xanh’s fault.

• Products is only returned within 7 days since customers receive the product from Ban Mai Xanh

2. Instruction to exchange/return – refund.

• First step: To exchange and return product, you need to call Hotline (084) 917 901 266 and inform about the product status for specific instructions of Ban Mai Xanh's staffs.

• Second step: Customers bring the product with order information to Ban Mai Xanh’s office to return, please. In case, you are not convenient or can not come directly to Ban Mai Xanh's office, please pack the product and send it by post to Ban Mai Xanh’s office address as below: 467/86 Le Duc Tho, Ward 16, Go Vap District, HCMC.

• Third step: Ban Mai Xanh will recall the product and exchange new product with your order if the error is caused from Ban Mai Xanh. In case, Ban Mai Xanh runs out of products with the same order, Ban Mai Xanh will transfer an equivalent amount of money to the sellling price of the product at purchasing time (excluding shipping fee) to the customer.

   Processing time of exchanging/returning is within 7 working days.
